Engineering and Integration

Pallet performance depends on racking, forklift, conveyor and line-side interfaces. We include these points in the project review before deciding between a standard pallet, a modified tool or a completely new mold.

We support one-stop custom mold development for pallets and related containers. When the required pallet is not available as a standard item, our technical team works from the application data, designs the molded structure, and confirms the cavity layout based on annual volume and part size.

Production scheduling is set from order type. Standard products can be planned with a short lead time; customized items and new molds are scheduled once the order quantity, specification and project milestones are confirmed. For export projects, we support the complete export procedure for shipment to your operation.
