Industry knowledge

As Custom Industrial Plastic Storage Container Accessories Manufacturers, Suzhou He Cheng Feng Esd Circulation Box Co., Ltd. supplies dividers, lids, label holders and molded fitments that turn a plastic container into a controlled logistics unit. We are also a direct supplier of replaceable accessories for ESD containers, EU/HP boxes, pallets and returnable transit packaging.

Founded in 2013 and based in Suzhou, China, we develop accessories together with our KLT container families. This keeps internal dimensions, stacking geometry and material behaviour matched from the first sample, so line-side handling and container cleaning remain consistent over many cycles.

Plastic Accessories That Complete a Standardized Logistics System

Container accessories determine whether parts stay protected during transport, storage and line-side feeding. A divider that compartmentalises small components reduces contact damage, a lid controls contamination, and a label holder protects part identification throughout the returnable loop.

  • Container dividers create fixed or adjustable compartments inside KLT containers and pallet boxes, keeping product families separate and simplifying picking.
  • Lids and sealing covers protect contents from dust, moisture and tampering, and improve stackability when containers are stored outdoors or in transit.
  • Label holders and card retainers maintain barcode, Kanban or part-number visibility for warehouse scanning and traceability.
  • Custom molded fitments support special dunnage, inserts and non-standard compartments where a standard divider grid is not enough.

Plastic Accessories is a dedicated category within our factory programme. Matching lids are listed under the ESD KLT Container Lid family, and the containers themselves are available through the ESD KLT Container range.

Accessory Range and Application Fit

Accessory Primary Fit Typical Applications
Plastic container dividers Subdivide KLT, C-KLT or M-KLT interiors into fixed compartments Electronics components, small auto parts, hardware, pharmaceutical vials
Lids and moisture-proof covers Seal open containers or protect stacked loads Food ingredients, moisture-sensitive assemblies, clean storage
Label holders and card pockets Fit container front faces or lids for identification Automotive line-side Kanban, barcode scanning, warehouse traceability
Custom molded inserts Replace standard dividers with application-specific dunnage Precision tools, fragile components, odd-shaped workpieces

For example, the ESD-RL-KLT4047 Antistatic Turnover Box with Label Holder combines a folding antistatic body with an integrated label holder, which is a practical way to keep part identity attached to the container through multiple handling steps. View the ESD-RL-KLT4047 with label holder.

Material and Specification Considerations

We select accessory materials on the same basis as the container body: mechanical duty, chemical exposure, temperature range and electrostatic control requirements. For electronics environments, conductive or ESD polypropylene compounds are specified; for food and beverage handling, food-contact safe grades are used; for chemical and hardware applications, impact-resistant or chemical-resistant formulations are preferred.

  • Dividers are dimensioned to the container's internal length, width and depth, with wall thickness chosen for the expected component load and stacking pressure.
  • Lids are matched to the container rim profile so that sealing, nesting and stacking behaviour remain predictable.
  • Label holders are positioned for scanner readability and replacement without tools where possible.

When the application has a defined electrostatic target, we use that value as the starting point for material and additive selection. When the customer works to food hygiene rules, we confirm the food-contact grade in the proposal.

Integration with KLT Containers, Pallets and Line-Side Equipment

Accessories are not standalone parts; they must fit the container geometry and the flow of work around it. Our engineering team considers the container model, the parts being carried, and the way the container will be presented at a workstation or automated line.

  • Divider grids can be arranged to match pick sequences and component quantities, reducing operator search time.
  • Label holders can be positioned on the long side or short side to suit racking, conveyor orientation and barcode scanning.
  • Lids and sealing covers are checked against handling cycles, including washing, nesting and stacking.

In automotive projects, containers such as the ESD-C-KLT 6428 KLT Crate for Automotive Parts Transportation are supplied with matching dividers and lids so the complete unit arrives ready for line-side use. The same logic applies to our full product range, including pallets and ESD container families.

Standard dividers and label holders install without special tools; custom molded parts are confirmed with fitting samples before serial production.

Configuration Approach and Custom Mold Development

Standard dividers, lids and label holders cover many projects. When the part mix does not fit a standard grid, we move to customized molded solutions using the same mold-design resources as our container production.

  • Compartment size, divider height and removal slots are adapted to the workpiece.
  • Handle cutouts, card pockets, anti-static properties and colour coding can be included in the mold.
  • For low-volume starter projects, we supply samples for trial assembly before committing to production.

Our proposal for a custom accessory starts with the container model, the component geometry and the target quantity. We use that information to decide whether a standard part can be adapted or a new mold is justified.

Quality Assurance, Documentation and Lifecycle Support

Accessories are manufactured to the same industrial specification as our containers. ESD accessories are selected for electronics use in accordance with industrial anti-static requirements, and food-contact materials are confirmed for food and beverage applications.

  • Molded parts are checked for dimensional fit against the container drawings and sample parts.
  • Pre-series samples are supplied for customer fit trials before serial production.
  • After-sales support covers technical documentation, replacement parts and mold-related adjustments for future orders.

Because accessories are returnable, they are expected to survive washing and repeated handling. We design wall sections and snap-fit details with that duty cycle in mind, and we keep the associated molds for follow-up production runs.

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

Send us the container model or internal dimensions and the component mix you need to carry. Our sales and technical teams prepare a configuration and quotation from the following project inputs:

  • Container family, internal length/width/depth and rim or stacking details.
  • Component dimensions, weight and required compartment layout.
  • Electrostatic control target, food-contact requirement, chemical exposure or washdown cycle.
  • Identification needs: barcode labels, Kanban cards, RFID tags or part numbers.
  • Operating conditions: automation, conveyor, racking, stacking height or outdoor storage.
  • Target quantity, packaging and export or delivery requirements.

If you have drawings, photos or an existing sample, include them with the inquiry. That shortens the route to a moulded sample or a standard accessory recommendation.

Plastic Container Accessories FAQs

Can plastic container dividers be ordered without the container? Yes. Standard dividers are available separately, and custom dividers can be produced once we have the internal container dimensions or a sample. Orders are sized to your quantity and production schedule.

What ESD material options are available for accessories? We use conductive and ESD polypropylene grades for electronics applications, selected according to the required anti-static performance and the container system in use. The exact grade is confirmed in the proposal.

Can you build a custom divider for a KLT container from another manufacturer? Yes. We need the container drawings or sample plus the part geometry. If the volume justifies it, we can develop a mold; for smaller quantities we look for an adapted standard configuration.

Are food-grade lids and dividers available? Yes. Accessories for food and beverage lines use food-contact safe materials and are designed to be cleaned through normal washdown procedures.

How are delivery and after-sales support handled? Accessories are shipped with container orders or as separate export cartons, following standard export procedures. After-sales support covers technical documentation, replacement parts and future mold-based adjustments.

Do you support mold development for a non-standard accessory? Yes. Mold development is one of our core services. We use your drawings, samples and target volume to build the mold and supply fit samples before mass production.
